Belfast – Londonderry – Glengormley
200 mile First Road Race July 1904 – J P Burney won on a Royal Enfield
120th Anniversary event 20/21st July 2024
This event will be a two day rally following the origin course starting in Donegal Street Belfast – Carrickfergus Castle (gather up stop).
Then on to Cushendun Carpark (soft drinks & biscuits).
On to Ballycastle (light lunch).
Then to the Drummond Hotel in Limavady for overnight stop.

Day 2
To the Joe Dunlop Pub & Gardens (stop) – GS Motorcycle (tea) finishing at Crown & Shamrock Glengormley (food available).
This events will be open to all machines but older Royal Enfield, Raleigh, Excelsior, FN, Humber, Centaur or Riley would be great to see or do you have a Minerva hiding in your garage !
It is hoped the Royal Enfield Project Origin will make an appearance
Julie & Ruth Horne took part in the 100th Anniversary run and decided it would be worth celebrating again with cousin Ian.
All J P Burney’s Great Grandchildren will be riding their Royal Enfield .
